Start number and dotation
Please come personally to the race office for registration as soon as possible after arriving in Aix en Provence. The race office is located in the Expo Village.

Race Registration
You need to come personally to register for the race!
Please bring along:
• A valid photo identification
• Your valid triathlon licence
• If you do not have a licence, you will apply for the FFTRI One-Day-License. Therefore please also bring the medical certificate and 20€.

Friday 20th September | 09.00 am – 07.00 pm
Saturday September 21st | 9.00 am – 02.00 pm

Registration process
Make sure you know your start number before coming to registration stand. Proceed to the responsible counter organized according to start numbers.
You will have to check and confirm your data before you will receive your starter package and your athlete’s band.

For the team ranking: please note that it is very important that all members of one team must have spelled the team name in the same way!

The starter package includes:
•  1 athlete’s wristband with your start number
•  2 start numbers and 8 safety pins
•  3 transition bags (for BIKE, RUN and SWIM)
•  1 swimming cap
•  1 bike number (sticker)
•  3 helmet numbers (sticker)
•  3×2 stickers sets to paste on your transition bags.
•  1 athlete guide with all the explanations needed.

The athlete’s band is valid as entrance ticket for:
• the official swim trainings
• the bike park
• the transition area
• the Heroes Night Awards Ceremony on sunday evening including banquet and the athletes’ party afterwards

Please check your starter package carefully. If anything is missing, please contact the race office immediately.

Check in / Check out

Check in
Date: Saturday, September 21st from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm
Place: Transition 1 on the “Lac de Peyrolles”
ATTENTION: Only the cyclist has access on the bike park

Check out
Date: Sunday, September 22nd from 01:30 pm to 06:00 pm
Place: Transition 2 “La Rotonde” Aix en Provence
ATTENTION: Only the cyclist has access on the bike park, he must collect the timing chip after the runner’s arrival to go to the check-out and remove his bike.

Drop off / Take off Swim bag

Each team mate will take one Swim bag on the registration on spot, it allows to put street clothes to change after the race.
Swimmer and biker drop off their bags on Sunday morning before the start race in the specialized area in the Transition 1 at “Lac de Peyrolles”
Runner drop off his bag on Sunday morning in the specialized area in the Transition 2 in Aix en Provence.

Tickets for  the Heroes Night

This event will take place on sunday evening after the race.

You have family and friends coming to support you at the best day of your life? Be sure they come to the best Heroes Night you have ever had, too! You can order extra tickets (€20) during your online registration or get it on our Info stand in the Expo Village.

Note: your entry fee includes the entries to the Heores Night for you!

Best “Friends Relay” teams will be awarded during the Awards Ceremony.

World Championship Qualification

A relay competitor has NO claim on a slot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Las Vegas.
