What can I do to help?
From the registration of athletes to the medal ceremony, the organization of the IRONMAN is a real puzzle of missions, the success of each ensures the success of the event!

How many time will the organizers need me?
Few hours or more than a day?

It depends on the time you can give us.

You can tell us your availability during your registration. We will contact you to choose the mission in line with your availability, your desires and the needs of the event.

Can I achieve my mission with someone I know?
When you register, you can tell us if you want to share your mission with a friend.

Are volunteers provided during the event?
Yes, all volunteers receive individual insurance.

Is there a special outfit IRONMAN?
You will receive a volunteer T-shirt IRONMAN which enables you to be recognized by everyone (athletes and public) as part of the staff of the organization.

During my mission do I have to plan my meals?
We will provide you for each day of attendance meals. The sun is in the game, however, think to take a personal bottle of water!

How will I be informed of the details of my mission?
You will be contacted by mail or phone by your task manager.

Your task manager will be your reference: he/she will inform you about the details of your mission, and the place and time of appointment (depending on the mission, a first appointment will be organized by your Director of Mission to meet the team and assign tasks and responsibilities).

Your task manager will be your key contact within the organization: it will provide you with all information relevant to your mission!

Should we speak different languages?
No, it is not necessary to speak several languages ​​to join our team.

However, we receive each year about 70% of international athletes: it will be our pleasure to welcome the “multi-languages” speaker for missions related to registration (registration and collection of numbers) or Info (the media team).

Is there a deadline to join Team Volunteers?
No, there is no deadline for filing your application.

After the competition, is there an appointment for volunteers?
That evening after the race, you will be invited to the big celebration of athletes and volunteers to celebrate the week IRONMAN and thank you for your contribution to the success of the event.

An evening at Pasino Aix-en-Provence is organized to close the first edition of the IRONMAN 70.3 Aix!
